6 Color Simulated
Process
This is an
example of a 6 color simulated process design on black. Up to 8
colors can be used on light shirts. Simulated process is best
used for designs with realistic detail such as photos or
paintings. This method works well on light and dark shirts.
Simulated process is brighter and has more color control than
true four color process.

Four Color Process
Four color process is used for designs with too many colors for
spot. It is good for photographs and original artwork such as
paintings. Process colors are soft and are best printed on white
or very light shirts.

4 Spot Colors
This is an example of a 4 spot color design using garnet, gold,
green and black.

Example of Separation
In order to make the screens to print your design in spot color
we must be able to separate out each color in black like the
example below. In order to do this the design's colors must be
Pantone Matching System (PMS) Spot Colors.
